About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Resource to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and Service Cloud processes. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions that align with our clients' business needs. The Senior Salesforce Resource will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with existing systems. Demonstrating leadership and technical proficiency, the candidate will mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce practices. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce configurations for efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices, recommending improvements and innovations. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Support data management, integration, and migration activities as required, maintaining data integrity and security standards.
