Welcome to Unified Hires, operated by Dotrous. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://unifiedhires.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Description of Services
Unified Hires is a job aggregator platform that compiles and displays job opportunities from multiple job boards, career sites, and employer postings. Our services include:
- Searching and browsing job listings across various sources.
- Personalized job recommendations based on user profiles.
- Tools for job seekers to save searches, apply to jobs, and track applications (where integrated with third-party sites).
- Features for employers to post jobs or promote listings (if available).
We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of third-party job postings. All job listings are provided by third parties, and we act solely as an aggregator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain features may require creating an account, and you agree to provide accurate information during registration.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities occurring under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $1 if no payment was made).

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial.

14. Miscellaneous
